Submission Requirements:

If your firm is interested in providing professional consulting services for the University, please:

1)  Answer and submit the Professional Architect-Engineer and Related Services Questionnaire via our website

2)  Prepare and email an electronic Statement of Qualifications

Per RSMo. 8.289, these documents will remain on file for a period of one year. At that time, you should resubmit a current Statement of Qualifications with your firm's latest questionnaire profile. It will be each firm's responsibility to submit a new Statement of Qualifications each year. In addition to the yearly submittal, we ask that if for some reason your firm's qualifications should change materially from what is submitted, a new Statement of Qualifications be filed with our office at that time.
