Architect-Engineer and Related Services Questionnaire

The procedure in acquiring architectural, engineering, and related professional services is to encourage firms lawfully engaged in the practice of those professions to submit annually a statement of qualifications and performance data.  Interested consultants should:

1)  Complete the following questionnaire and submit it via this website, and

2) Email an electronic statement of qualifications 

The University Architect shall evaluate these qualifications, together with any other performance data on file in relation to proposed projects.  The statement of qualifications and performance data may be used as a basis for selecting firms for discussions, or for screening firms preliminary to inviting submission of additional information.
