FY25 Completed Projects

Project Description: Inspect roofs at Garst Dining Hall. Provide a proposal for complete roof replacement, per the attached documents. Repaint ceilings as necessary. Provide maintenance on metal roof, and repair any damages areas. Work to be coordinated with client to as dining center may need to be open during work..

Project Description: Convert the west gym storage areas (NW corner of the building) into a locker room for a new sport (approximately 590 SF) and the west gym storage area near the Bear Wear store into a new weight room (approximately 1390 SF).  Alternates are included in the project, such as replacing the flooring and base at the North, South, and West Gyms as well as new basketball hoops, and select lighting in the West Gym.
