Update Elevators 24, 25, & 26, Hammons House

Project Description: This project replaces the existing controllers with new microprocessor controllers, adds a new hoistway, and machine room wiring. It will also replace the existing cab, drive machines, AC motors, and door operators. There will be new signal and operating fixtures for the cabs and lobbies. Any needed building upgrades will be provided with the associated elevator work.

Estimated Construction Cost: $1,500,000.00

Bid Opening: August 28, 2025
Award of Contract: September 17, 2025
Start of Construction: Upon Award

Renovate Suite 113, Carrington Hall

Project Description: This project renovates Suite 113 at Carrington Hall.  This renovation will address new finishes, HVAC, ceiling, lighting, furniture, and breakroom upgrades. 

Consultant: Esterly Schneider & Associates
Estimated Construction Cost: $360,000.00

Issue for Bid: August 21, 2025
Bid Opening: September 11, 2025
Award of Contract: October 3, 2025
Start of Construction: October 6, 2025
