Fire Pump Replacement, Hammons Student Center

Project Description: Project scope will replace the existing fire pump with a 1250gpm pump and revision to the pump layout to current standards. Project also includes a new jockey pump, new fire pump controller, new integral transfer switch, new backflow preventer, and new electrical feeder.

Estimated Construction Cost: $300,000.00

Renovate Football Locker Room, Forsythe Athletics Center

Project Description: Renovate and expand the football locker room suite to include the conversion of the east restrooms/shower into a team lounge.  Additional upgrades will also occur in the hallway to improve football’s presence in this facility.

Estimated Construction Cost: $3,035,000.00

Third Floor Buildout, Building 4, Jordan Valley Innovation Center

Project Description: Buildout approximately 12,000 sf of the existing third-floor shell space to create three tenant suites that each include a large lab space, private offices, and open office workspaces. Shared conference rooms will also be constructed within the 12,000 sf space.

Consultant: Paragon Architecture
Estimated Construction Cost: $1,500,000.00
