Phase II Renovation, Kampeter Health Sciences Hall

Project Description: Renovate approximately 17,000 sf of the first floor of Kampeter Hall.  The renovation will create a multidisciplinary clinic space including multiple therapy rooms, offices, waiting rooms and multipurpose rooms.

Consultant: Hood-Rich Architecture
Estimated Construction Cost: $6,100,000.00

Issue for Bid: January 9, 2025
Bid Opening: January 30, 2025
Award of Contract: February 21, 2025
Start of Construction: Upon Award

Replacement of Hot Water Heaters, Hutchens House

Project Description: The project includes removal of two large holding tanks and two 1200MBH output boilers, installation of three 1350MBH input boilers, expansion tank, and digital temperature mixing valve. The project will also include additional concrete pad and piping as required for a fully functional hot water system.

Consultant: True Engineering
Estimated Construction Cost: $350,000.00
