Kitchen Lighting & HVAC Upgrades, Blair-Shannon Dining Center

Project Description: This project includes upgrading the HVAC system in the kitchen and dining areas, and upgrading the lighting in the kitchen areas. The upgraded HVAC system will include new and replacement AHU's, RTU's, kitchen hood, exhaust fans, and some ductwork. The upgraded system will be BACnet integrated. The electrical work will include upgraded LED lighting in the kitchen with emergency fixtures, and new 480/277-volt panelboard. Some roof and ceiling work will be required.

Estimated Construction Cost: $775,000.00

Bid Opening: February 24, 2026
Award of Contract: March 18, 2026
Start of Construction: May 18, 2026
