Kitchen Lighting & HVAC Upgrades, Blair-Shannon Dining Center

Project Description: This project includes upgrading the HVAC system in the kitchen and dining areas, and upgrading the lighting in the kitchen areas. The upgraded HVAC system will include new and replacement AHU's, RTU's, kitchen hood, exhaust fans, and some ductwork. The upgraded system will be BACnet integrated. The electrical work will include upgraded LED lighting in the kitchen with emergency fixtures, and new 480/277-volt panelboard. Some roof and ceiling work will be required.

Reinforce Tower and Removal of Adjacent Tower, Darr Agricultural Center

Project Description: This project consists of removal of a 255' guyed broadcast tower, as well as structural modifications necessary to an adjacent 449' guyed tower. Both towers are located at the Darr Agricultural Center and serves for broadcasting of KSMU Radio. The project shall be phased to prioritize completion of all necessary repairs to the 449' tower prior to initiating removal activities for the smaller tower.
