Replacement of Hot Water Heaters, Hutchens House

Project Description: The project includes removal of two large holding tanks and two 1200MBH output boilers, installation of three 1350MBH input boilers, expansion tank, and digital temperature mixing valve. The project will also include additional concrete pad and piping as required for a fully functional hot water system.

Renovate Chick-fil-A, Plaster Student Union

Project Description: A design refresh and expansion of the food vendor space currently occupied by Chick-fil-A, located on the first floor of Plaster Student Union.

Building Renovation, Cheek Hall

Project Description: This project will renovate approximately half of the existing interior space in Cheek Hall to create functional offices and support spaces for the Academic Departments. The project will also co-locate the Information Services group into a unified suite and create more collaborative spaces throughout the building. The project will remedy some of Cheek Hall’s many deferred maintenance items and improve the building’s vertical circulation.
