Repairs to Building Envelope, Glass Hall

Project Description: This project will consist of removal and replacement of the original building glazing on the north, south, and west elevations of the original Glass Hall building. The project will include removal and replacement of precast caulking on the same elevations, power washing of the precast, and roof repairs on the doghouse structures. Interior work will be required where the old glazing is removed, including but not limited to drywall repair and replacements, painting, windowsills, and window shades.

Consultant: Miller Engineering
Estimated Construction Cost: $2,800,000.00

Issue for Bid: June 18, 2026
Bid Opening: July 9, 2026
Award of Contract: August 6, 2026
Start of Construction: Upon Award
