Project Description: Construct a 66,500 square foot addition to Temple Hall and renovate current building.

Project Description:  This project refurbishes and renovates the main elevator in Carrington Hall. Work includes a new power unit, controller, call station, and elevator cab finishes. The doors at all four stops will be replaced. Additionally, room 170 in Carrington Hall will be modified for utilization as the new elevator machine room.

Project Description:  This project modifies room 167 in Cheek Hall for new data center equipment. Work will include new finishes, ceiling, lights, along with electrical and mechanical equipment.  The new data center will remain as the primary network connection for the buildings on campus and the redundant connection to the Internet for the University.  The existing data center in Cheek Hall will be converted into office space during the Cheek Hall renovation project.

Project Description: This project will construct a new approximately 8,500 square foot building at the Darr Agricultural Center campus. It will include a 3,800 square foot high-bay shop space with overhead doors, tool storage, welding stations, and wood working area. The building also includes classrooms, collaboration spaces, restrooms, and storage.

Project Description: This project updates classrooms, offices, and hallways in the Greenwood Laboratory School. The original ten (10) classrooms and secondary entry hallway will receive new paint, ceilings, lighting, and flooring. Additionally, the main office suite, counseling office, and nurse station will receive new paint, ceilings and lighting.

Project Description: This project replaces the existing roof with a modified bitumen built up roofing system and a flood coat waterproofing layer with imbedded gravel surfacing at Juanita K. Hammons Hall for the Performing Arts.

Project Description: This project replaces the existing fire pump at Hammons Student Center to meet current code standards. New equipment will include a 1,250 gallons per minute fire pump with appropriate pressure rating, a new jockey pump, and a new fire pump controller with integral transfer switch. Additionally, work includes replacing the electrical feeder to the pump, providing a backflow preventer on the fire service to the building, and repairing the fire department connection piping.

Project Description: Construct a 10,000 square feet addition and renovation on the northwest corner of Kemper Hall for the Construction Management and Technology program.

Project Description: This project renovates Kings Street Annex for the Psychology Program and includes new ceilings, lights, paint, and flooring on both first and second floors. A classroom wall will be removed to create an open student area.  Additionally, two student study rooms and two new offices will be added, the restroom on the first floor will be updated for ADA compliance, and the heating system and mechanical, electrical, and plumbing will be modified as required to accommodate the new spaces.

Project Description: This project will renovate room 105 in Meyer Library, currently an open access computer lab, to contain an office suite for the user support group of Computer Services.

Project Description: This project repairs the sealant joints by removing existing sealant and resealing with sealant and grout foam. Additional work will include repairs to damaged concrete at the areas of handrails, wall weld plates, steps and penetrations, and installs expansion joints.

Project Description: This project provides sidewalk grinding of all hazards identified in the sidewalk survey of the Springfield Campus.

Project Description: This project includes a new Autism Center facility for the West Plains campus, which will house the ASCEND program and serves as a home base for students attending the University who are on the spectrum. It will also provide classroom space for degrees that have an emphasis in autism and neurodiversity support. The facility will be located to the west of Gohn Hall and south of the amphitheater. As a part of this project, a portion of Franklin Avenue will be closed. The new facility will incorporate autism specific architectural strategies, with special attention paid to sensory inputs such as acoustics, textures, spatial sequencing, and wayfinding.
