Project Description: The renovation includes work on all four floors, exterior site improvements, building envelope work, a new roof and mechanical/electrical/plumbing upgrades throughout the building. The first floor will have a new Advisement Center, an updated waiting room for the Speech and Language Clinic, student lounge and study spaces, renovated restrooms and new finishes throughout the main corridor. The second, third and fourth floor work includes new finishes in all main corridors, renovated restrooms, new student lounge/study spaces and classroom renovations.

Project Description: The gymnasium floor will be replaced at the three basketball courts within Foster Recreation Center. The project includes removal of the existing maple floor, prepping existing plywood sub-floor, installation of the new factory sanded maple floor, striping/finishing and installation of new vent cove base.

Project Description: Renovation of rooms 118 & 119 in Glass Hall. Room 117 is currently finished, but will receive new data, LED display, and glass whiteboards. Rooms 118 & 119 are currently shell space that are to be finished comparable to the recent Glass Hall Renovation and Addition projects. This will include the installation and finish of walls, aluminum framed glass windows, millwork, carpet tile, ceiling grid/tile, lighting, outlets, data, LED displays with controls, glass whiteboards, and new furniture.

Project Description: Infill of a new restaurant and retail space into a new, developer-built, student housing and parking garage facility that is under construction at the Southwest corner of Holland and Madison streets. The project features a full service kitchen and dining facility and small retail market.

Project Description: This project will renovate approximately 10,800 square feet on the first floor of the Student Union in order to relocate the Office of Student Engagement (OSE) and combine the current Multicultural Resource Center (MRC) and Annex into one new space. The OSE will be relocated to the east end of the game center, where the current bowling lanes are located, and the MRC will be located in the existing OSE space.

Project Description: This project consists of repairs / replacement of utility tunnel structure at tunnel sections 6B, 6C and 6D. The repairs / replacement is primarily related to the tunnel lid but also include temporarily relocating existing electrical lighting and reinstallation. There may also be some removal of abandoned conduits. The tunnel sections start at Woods House on the sidewalk and continue west towards Magers Health and Wellness. The tunnel also crosses under Bear Boulevard. The approximate distance is 300 linear feet.

Project Description: This project will include a renovation of a portion of the Broadway Building on the West Plains campus to house the welding program for the Greater Ozarks Center for Advanced Technology (GOCAT). The portion of the building that is planned to be renovated is currently unoccupied and being used for storage. The area of renovation is approximately 11,500 square feet and will also require an addition of approximately 2,000 square feet for new restrooms, an exit stairway, and an elevator. The first floor will include welding booths, a fabrication area, project area, material storage, gas storage, material receiving, restrooms, locker area, entry, offices, breakroom, workroom, and a classroom. The second floor will accommodate two classrooms and one of the classrooms will be set up as a computer lab. The basement will remain as is with a few minor improvements to address the water infiltration issues.

Project Description: This project includes the addition of a lecture hall to the south side of Looney Hall on the West Plains campus. The lecture hall addition will include a new classroom to seat up to 100 students, a new main entrance into the building, and new restrooms. The new classroom will have tiered seating, and the new restrooms will serve both the lecture hall addition and the existing building.

Project Description: This project is to repair the cracking and spalling that is occurring along the exterior slab extensions at Woods and Wells House. Some will require significant work which will include, flashing and existing sealant removal, prep and patching, caulking and installing an elastomeric coating. Other ledges may involve cleaning, and coating only.
