Project Description:  This project will install a septic system capable of accommodating 125 people and a small catering kitchen.

Project Description: The existing Taylor Health and Wellness Center will be deconstructed, and a new health and wellness facility will be located on the current site. The new building will be a three-story facility with approximately 36,000 SF and will include a drive-up window for the pharmacy.

Project Description: The project includes an addition to the existing chiller building on Cherry Street and a new 1,000-ton, water-cooled chiller, cooling tower, pumps, piping, and associated support items.

Project Description:  This project renovates a portion of the fourth floor of Carrington Hall to provide additional offices for financial services. The work involves the demolition of existing conditions and builds new offices. Standard architectural construction is involved along with new mechanical, electrical work.

Project Description: The existing Cheek Hall computer lab on the first floor shall be reconfigured to allow for the construction of a new Computer Sciences computer lab, resulting in two separate computer labs.  The entire area currently occupied by the open computer lab will be renovated to provide for the two labs plus support area. This project is to be completed during the summer of 2017.

Project Description:The purpose of this project is to remove the existing paint that is peeling at the 3^rd floor corridor surfaces and to reinstall new paint to these surfaces.

Project Description: Construct a landscaped plaza to complement the Davis-Harrington Welcome Center. The project should complete in time to allow for landscaping installation in spring 2017.

Project Description: The University is renovating Ellis Hall to help meet the needs of the current music department.  Although most changes will center on improving the music facility’s acoustic conditions, some spaces will be reconfigured and material finishes will be updated.  On the exterior of the building all original windows and glass will be replaced with a new, energy efficient curtain wall and rain screen system.  The roof, HVAC and other mechanical systems will be upgraded or replaced.  Asbestos removal is taking place this summer, followed by the start of major renovation activities in August. Ellis Hall will be completely closed to the public until renovations are complete.

Project Description: Renovations began last fall in Glass Hall and are currently at full speed. Interior spaces will be renovated to provide a corporate look. The bathrooms will also receive a complete renovation.  Fire sprinkler piping will be installed in most areas of the building. Existing floor tile will be removed in the corridors and replaced with carpet tile on the second, third, and fourth floors with epoxy terrazzo installed on the first floor. Corridor ceilings and lighting will be replaced with new. Corridor walls will be repainted. Additional work will continue east of Glass Hall with the construction of the 40,000 square foot addition. Glass Hall will be closed to the public and portions of JQH Parkway will be blocked off to accommodate this work.

Project Description:  This project will separate the existing wardrobe area into to two closet spaces with clothes rods in student rooms.

Project Description: The project repairs cracking in the concrete floor and structure of the weight room at Hammons Student Center.  Damaged concrete will be saw cut and removed along with adding structural steel, concrete, and flooring material will be provided.

Project Description: The university is renovating and adding on to the building which served as the West Plains Post Office. The Post Office's lease came to an end and they have moved to a new location. This facility will become a welcome center and admissions office for new students and the home of AACCESS, Honors, Tutoring and a Veterans Services/VIP Center. Much of the addition will provide an expanded book store and student union.

Project Description:  The purpose of this project is to abate any hazardous materials from the project prior to the commencement of construction on the main project.

Project Description:  This project replaces the existing failed steam boilers that are nearly 30 years old. The existing boilers, which are located in the basement, will be replaced with condensing style, hot water boilers and vented using the existing masonry chimney as a path for the new flue. The replacement of the existing hot water pumps will be included in the base bid, alternate #1 is a credit to retain the existing pumps.

Project Description:  This project will install engineered rigging points above the audience seating area for the upcoming Phantom of the Opera production in 2018. Installation may require the removal of existing roofing and replacement of the existing roofing and interior scaffolding.

Project Description:   This project will include structural repairs to the parking garage located at the Kenneth E. Meyer Alumni Center.

Project Description: The University is replacing the existing elevator and constructing a new stair tower providing better service to the residence hall. The work on the new stair tower has begun and will continue into the fall semester until completed.  Elevator work will begin in the spring of 2017. The impact of the work should be minimal as it is limited to the exterior of the building. The building is vacant for the summer months during this work.

Project Description:  This project replaces the aging boilers located in the basement with new energy efficient boilers. The project will also have alternates to relocate an existing chilled water pump and re-insulate the hydronic piping within the mechanical room.

Project Description:  The work consists of the renovation of approximately 2,900 sf of space located on the first floor of The Monroe Apartments in order to restore rooms to their original condition after use as the temporary location of the University health clinic.

Project Description: The University is interested in renovating the bathrooms in Shannon Tower of the Blair-Shannon House complex the summer of 2017.  Work to be completed within the student suite bathrooms and shall include: updated lighting, conveniently located outlets, improved bathroom ventilation, new plumbing fixtures, new finishes for all surfaces including walls, ceilings, and floors.  In addition work shall include the renovation of the tub rooms and stand-alone roll-in showers with new lighting, finished and increased ventilation.
