Project Description: This project provides for the renovation for the existing elevator at the Baker Bookstore. It also corrects minor deficiencies in the elevator sump and equipment room to bring the installation into compliance with current elevator code requirements.

Project Description: This project installed an electronic vehicle counting system in Bear Park North. The counting system tabulates the number of available parking spaces and displays the number on count boards located on the North and South building entries. The count will also be available via an internet platform so people with mobile devices will be able to view the number of available spaces.

Project Description: This project installed four steel canopies over the existing bicycle ribbon racks south of Meyer Library. Each canopy supports a small solar array to produce electricity that will be returned to Meyer Library and provide shelter for the existing bicycle racks.

Project Description: This project consisted of renovations to the dining center including 45 new serving lines and other interior architectural woodwork, installation of food service and cleaning equipment, improved lighting throughout, new flooring in the dishwashing room, creating a new storage room, repair of existing ceilings, new ceilings in select areas, new glazing on the corridor wall of the dining center, a new exterior exit, and selective demolition to accomplish the previously noted items.

Project Description: New finishes have been applied to existing surfaces in order to provide better way finding on the third floor of Craig Hall. Work included painting, flooring, lighting, tack boards and signage.

Project Description: This project constructed a Student Admissions and Success (Welcome) Center at the corner of National Avenue and Bear Boulevard. This new facility includes a welcoming lobby, offices, conference room, a 100 seat auditorium, and restrooms. It is used as a gathering place for prospective students and provides a first impression for Missouri State University.

Project Description: The project was in two parts: One part was a new testing center and classroom that was newly constructed and the second part was the relocation of TRIO and Disability Resource Center (DRC) in the Meyer Library. The testing center and classroom are now located on the lower floor to provide a new testing resource for the university. TRIO/DRC required the reconfiguration of an existing area located on the main level.

Project Description: This project constructed a new occupational therapy building at the corner of Cherry Street and Holland Avenue. This new facility includes a welcoming lobby, multi-disciplinary health clinic skills laboratories, offices, classrooms, and group study spaces for the Occupational Therapy, Physician Assistant Studies, Nursing, and Nurse Anesthesia programs. The facility also includes mannequin simulation labs for the Nursing and Nurse Anesthesia programs. The building design is intended to provide a great first impression for prospective College of Human Health and Human Services students and faculty to encourage multi-disciplinary interaction.

Project Description: Beyond upgrading the finishes (floors and walls), we added electronic hold open devices on the doors leading into the meeting rooms, provide way finding signage on the third floor, new finishes on the elevators, lighting and additional audio/visual alarms throughout the floor. In the parliamentary room, a design for AV presentations to allow both the board and audience to adequately view the presentation was installed.

Project Description: This project included a comprehensive remodeling of all four floors of Pummill Hall. The interior accommodates the Hospitality and Restaurant Administration department, the Social Work department, with the second floor dedicated to new general classrooms. The elevator in the building has been removed and a new, larger, code compliant elevator has been installed. A new energy efficient exterior curtain wall system replaced the original curtain wall system. New student seating or benches have been provided throughout the building. LED lighting has been used throughout this newly renovated facility and will reduce the building's energy usage.
