Generator Replacement, Telecommunications Center

 This project includes the replacement of the existing generator and revisions to the backup power distribution system at the Telecommunications center in order to achieve the proper building backup power required.

Update Facility, Welcome Center

This project includes repair and repainting of the lobby and auditorium walls, installation of acoustical panels and MSU branding within the auditorium, auditorium clerestory roller shade adjustment, electrical/low voltage work and upgraded A/V systems.

Renovate Chick-fil-A, Plaster Student Union

This project includes a design refresh and expansion of the food vendor space currently occupied by Chick-fil-A.

Building Renovation, Cheek Hall

This project will renovate approximately half of existing interior space in Cheek Hall to create functional offices and support spaces for the Academic Departments and provide Computer Science research labs. The project will also co-locate the Information Services group into a single, unified suite. The building contains a range of systems and finishes, many are well-past their life expectancy and will be replaced in areas of renovation. The project will remedy some of Cheek Hall’s many deferred maintenance items and improve the building’s circulation.
