Project Description:
The fifth floor of the Jim D. Morris Center will be renovated to accommodate growth in both the English Language Institute and the Foreign Language Institute. These departments are currently located on lower floors of the building and both will expand into the fifth floor when the project is complete. A reconfiguration of current spaces will allow the creation of additional classrooms and offices while ensuring proper egress and code compliance.
