Project Description:
This project substantially renovated the Robert W. Plaster Center for Free Enterprise & Business Development located at 405 N. Jefferson. Under separate projects the building has received a new roof and undergone interior demolition. The most recent renovation project constructed new interior spaces with new mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to support the new building use. This renovation also modified the east building facade, creating a new public entry.
Other Information: This project was partially funded with federal funds from the U.S. Department of Commerce, Economic Development Administration, and therefore is subject to the Federal laws and regulations associated with that program. Attention is called to the project being partially funded by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) and subject to all provisions of the Act, including, but not limited to, Buy American requirements and quarterly reporting requirements.
