Project Description: Located on 685 S. John Q. Hammons Parkway, JQH Arena is the new home of the Missouri State University Bears and Lady Bears. Thanks to a $20 million commitment from Missouri State alumnus and Springfield, Mo. based hotel developer John Q. Hammons, Missouri State broke ground on December 21, 2006 to build the $67 million facility, and now it hosts games and events from sports to entertainment throughout the year.
