Consulting Agreements

Please prepare, electronically sign, and deliver via email as prompted to the University Architect for approval.    

Comprehensive Design Services*

To be used when full design services are requested for a project.  This is typical of larger, more complex projects.

Limited Design Services*

To be used when a project does not need to go through the standard design phases of a project.  This contract combines the schematic design phase and the design development phase into a single phase.   

Special Services*

To be used for consulting services outside the norm of architectural and/or building engineering services.   

Most of these documents require Adobe Acrobat Reader in order to view. Forms can be downloaded and printed to be filled out by hand or completed directly in Acrobat Reader for your convenience.
