Renovation, Drago Hall, West Plains Campus

Project Description: Renovation of 1,600 square feet of interior space at Drago Hall on the MSU Campus in West Plains, MO for the new vet tech program. Project includes demolition of existing interior conditions, creating an open exam/lab area, surgery prep and surgery room, a radiology room, storage room, animal housing room with kennels, food storage/prep station, and grooming tub. The building will also include a restroom, as well as mechanical and electrical rooms.  

Consultant: Esterly Schneider & Associates
Estimated Construction Cost: $700,000.00

Issue for Bid: October 7, 2025
Bid Opening: October 28, 2025
Award of Contract: November 19, 2025
Start of Construction: Upon Award
