FY24 Parking Lot Maintenance, Springfield Campus

Project Description: This project will include repair and maintenance work for various parking lots on the Springfield campus. Work includes removing and replacing small sections of asphalt that is broken, spalling, cracked, or deteriorating. After parking lot repairs are complete, each lot will be crack filled, sealed, and restriped.

Estimated Construction Cost: $210,000.00

Provost Office Remodel, Carrington Hall

Project Description: Remodel of the Carrington 209 suite of offices. This is to include new finishes, ceilings, and HVAC improvements.

Renovate 1st & 2nd Floors, Kings Street Annex

Project Description: This project will include new ceilings, lights, paint, and flooring on both first and second floors. Remove classroom wall to create open student area.  Create two student study rooms and two new offices.  Update restroom on first floor for ADA compliance.  Update heating system and modify MEP as required to accomdiate new spaces.

FY25 Job Order Contracting Services

Project Description: Proposals will be accepted for an annual contract which will allow the campus to accomplish small projects on an on-call basis. The cumulative total of all individual projects under this contract may not exceed $2,000,000.00 per fiscal year. This annual contract allows for four additional one-year renewals.

Contract Award Amount: $2,000,000.00
