Project Description: This project constructs a FEMA shelter at 827 East Elm Street. The shelter provides a safe place for community members in the event of a storm. The shelter is a single story precast concrete structure outfitted with restrooms, lighting, and is naturally ventilated. An emergency generator installation is also part of this project.
