Project Description: This project replaces the existing makeup air handling unit on the roof of Hutchens House. Two aging boilers are also replaced in this project. The new makeup air handling unit will have stand alone controls that allows for dehumidification of outdoor air. An exhaust fan at Blair Shannon Dining center will also be replaced as part of this project.
