Improve District Chilled Water System, Phase I, Campus Utilities

Project Description: This project installs additional District Chilled Water System piping and connects Kings Street Annex to the District Chilled Water Loop. The new piping is installed at two locations. The first location connects the Cherry Street Chiller plant piping to the existing piping at the intersection of Cherry and Clay Street. The second location is on the east side of Strong Hall, connecting to previously installed piping west of Glass Hall and extending to existing piping in the tunnel south of Strong Hall. The work at Kings Street Annex replaces four refrigerant based air handlers with three new air handlers with chilled water coils.
