Ellis Hall Renovation

Ellis Hall currently houses much of the University’s music department offering programs in performance, composition, musical theater, and electronic arts. Clad in limestone panels with its original curtain wall, the building is ready for attention. Little renovation has occurred over its life. This project would consist of re-roofing, a new mechanical system, a new curtain wall, and renovating the steeply raked choral room to accommodate piano recitals. There is a character in the building that is worth improving, and Planning, Design and Construction hopes to do that. Below are photos of Ellis Hall as it is currently.
