Wells House was the first residence hall on the Missouri State University campus.   An  extensive 14-month renovation project has just been completed for the 2001 fall semester. Wells House can accommodate 455 men and women.

The new interior includes a large grand lounge, TV lounge, fitness and aerobic centers, music practice rooms, vending room, large central kitchen with ice machine, central laundry facility, and 24-hour computer lab.

The architects for the project was GLPM Architects.  The contractor was DeWitt, with a project budget of $10,000,000. Wells House was completed in  September, 2001.

 

Wells House
